2nd lecture: types of tenders according to BvergG and ÖN A 2050; overview: the tender procedure from specifications to awarding.
3rd lecture: cost calculation: procedural and contractual provisions, norms and regulations (A 2050, A 2060, B 2110, B 2118, B 22xx und H 22xx, VOB, Standard-LB: LBH, ...).
4th lecture: specifications ¿1¿: data structure according to ÖN A 2063, technical specifications, bill of quantities [BOQ], enclosed documents, constructional vs. functional description of services, examples.
5th lecture: specifications ¿2¿: quantity calculation, norms on contracts for work (B 22xx und H 22xx), modes of accounting. Eligibility, selection and award criteria ¿ ¿best bid vs. lowest bid¿.
6th lecture: tendering, data exchange according to ÖN A 2063, AVA programmes and application thereof.
7th lecture: examination of tenders, determination of the best and the cheapest bidder, award, legal instances according to BvergG 2006.
8th lecture: site supervision [ÖBA]: scope of tasks and risks, construction supervision, quality control.
9th lecture: site supervision [ÖBA]: formal takeover, warranty, handling with construction defects, remedy of defects; sample letters.
10th lecture: safety on construction sites ¿ BauKG: coordination of planning and on-site, SiGe-Plan, file for subsequent work.
11th lecture: basics of the calculation of building costs (according to ÖN B 2061), K-sheets: K3, K4, K6, K7. Dealing with supplements, subsequent audit.
12th lecture: basics of supplement, claim and anti-claim management, risks and insurances.
13th lecture: scheduling: types of schedules, network techniques, examples.
14th lecture: cost calculation: cost planning (according to ÖNorm B 1801-1, DIN 276), element costing, examples.
