After successful completion of the course, students are able to

• identify and describe construction methods
• Describe the construction aspects (transport, construction site equipment, construction process) for the respective construction process
• Explain the execution of details on building construction sites from a construction management point of view
• explain the building physics basics
• To describe the interactions (interfaces) between building equipment (TGA) and construction work on the construction site

The methodological structure of this LVA is as follows:     

• Lecture part     
• Self-study of selected subchapters of the lecture scope     
• 2 presented exercises     
• 1 exercises     
• Presentation on a selected topic     
• Oral exam

Ein Skriptum zur Lehrveranstaltung ist erhältlich. Dieses wird am Beginn der ersten Vorlesung verkauft bzw. ist am Sekretariat des Instituts (234-1) erhältlich.

Proof of performance is due to the presence (10 p.), exercises (30 p.) and student presentations (60 p.). In total 100 points can be reached. Finally, an oral examination will take place. To participate in this examination, the following criteria must be met:

• reached at least 51 points
• exercises worked out and handed over within the deadline
• presentation held (max. 2 students per group, 5 minutes per person)

After the first performance, the LVA is binding part. Thus, an assessment is made at the end of the LVA.
