Learning outcomes

After successful completion of the course, students are able to give an overview over the different definitions of FM. Also they can present management strategy and the roles within FM according to ÖNORM A7000.

 

Subject of course

The following processes will be shown: - Conception and planning of buildings according to FM requirements - Utilisation (maintenance, inspection, etc.) - Real estate management - Target costing and FM - Benchmarking In the last part different introduction strategies and their advantages and disadvantages are analysed.
