Leitbild (Deutsch) MissionWe want to answer to the following scientific questions:How is strain physiology? Are strains viable and productive?Which mode of bioprocessing gives highest product quantity and quality?How can stress improve the production process (dynamic experiments)?How do variations in the Upstream influence following unit operations?Are there novel ways to purify the product (continuous manufacturing)?How do critical quality attributes interrelate to previous process steps? Analyze the whole cascade rather than single steps and adapt:the product,the organism,the USP andthe DSP according to your CQA`s, for a holistic iterative approach
