BIG - BIQINI GPL Release

The project BIG (BIQINI GPL) will prepare the launch of BIQINI under the GNU Public License and provide short-to-medium-term support for potential BIQINI users and developers. The launch includes accurate documentation, source code quality enhancements and bug fixes, as well as maintenance and support during the first weeks. Moreover, a scientific publication describing BIQINI's architecture and concepts has been accepted and will presented at the ONIT (Open NGN and IMS Testbeds) 2010 workshop to raise the Open Source NGN community's awareness concerning availability of BIQINI and presentation of its rich feature set.
