The objective of the project was a redesign and extension of a municipal financial analysis and information system (GemBon) which was developed by VUT/IFIP in 1996-2001 and applied in the office of the Federal State Government of Lower Austria (supervisory authority of local governments). The project covers adaptation to legal changes as well methodical, technical and empirical adjustments in several areas
