Connecting wind turbines to the Wienstrom-Grid The assessment of installing windturbines is based on the ¿Technisch organisatorischen Regeln¿ (TOR). These rules are studied with regard to critical situations for this specific project. Based on this analysis two alternative concepts for the grid-integration of new turbines are examined. Finally conditions for operating windturbines should be proposed.
