Cognitive Optimization of Control Strategies for Increasing Energy-efficiency in Buildings

01.10.2015 - 30.06.2018
Research funding project

This project develops methods that apply cognitive approaches of planning, abstraction and assessment to energy management in buildings. It uses a common ontology for hydraulic layouts, building physics, energy systems and building automation components to plan, assess and execute control strategies (which are the core of efficient operation).
