Cross-border situations vary across European countries due to its degree of economic, social and territorial cohesion. Basic objectives in this project are: - to explain what does territorial capital mean - to identify what are the potentials in cross-border situations - to elaborate how territorrial capital could be strenghtend in future in an effective way.
