The Wiener Neustadt Master Plan 2020 aims to elaborate the framework for the spatio-structural development of the urban space and draw up area-specific guidelines for this development. The Master Plan will be based on an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis), a thematic spatial survey of the status quo and detailed descriptions of the characteristic features of the built-up spaces and the natural space. The relevant maps and plans will be produced on a scale of 1:15.000 - 1:25.000. Discussions, conferences and meetings are envisaged in all phases of the project. A particular focus is on sustainable urban development.
