Spherical Structures: Building a Timber Ribbed Sphere

15.03.2007 - 29.02.2008
Proprietary project
Spheres are fascinating; big spheres even more so. Building one means rising to the challenges of spherical geometry and construction materials. The objective of this project is to build a large-scale, temporary object that is perceived as a sphere using a simple, yet innovative assembly method in wood.
