Research funding project

High-temperature superconducting (HTS) materials offer a considerable potential for magnet applications because of their extremely high critical magnetic fields and their excellent current carrying capabilities at low temperatures. In the framework of this project, the material properties of HTS materials developed and optimized by industry are characterized under different temperatures and before and after neutron irradiation.
