Quality Management at Universities in Macedonia (QUALIMUM)

Education and academia management project
The current situation at the four universities in R. Macedonia needs corresponding measures in order to achive the overall goal: Strengthening the Managements of the University Rectorates through Development and Implementation of Quality Management Systems in all fields and processes. Allthough such a project, where the quality management philosophy should be transfered to and accepted by every employee in the rectorates, needs pretty much time, this one year project should contribute to the short-time improvements and build a foundation for a long time and sustainable management and improvement of all processes.
