Housing structures, job environment, social coherence: housing policy in the communicative housing topos

01.02.2006 - 31.12.2007
Research funding project
Housing structures, job environments and social coherence in local neighbourhoods are fundamentals for individual and social welfare. The project deals with the question whether regions develop in a synchronised manner or if trends towards polarisation become apparent. The data base of the project are census data, small and medium size enterprise data and others. From econometric estimates some conclusions about future priorities for housing policy in Lower Austria will be drawn.
