This project is dedicated to consult the German Federal Ministry for Environment in its activities related to the Mediterranean Solar Plan, including organisational work, scientific analysis and consultation with respect to the practical implementation of RES cooperation activities with third countries as well as the evaluation of (long-term) energy scenarios and studies dedicated to RES in EU-MENA countries. Moreover, the work includes also the assistance of the German BMU in communication activities related to the “Energiewende”.
