The hydrological flood characteristics (design flood BHQ and safety flood SHQ) for the Erlaufklause dam operated by EVN Naturkraft are to be reviewed based on the current data and methodology. The methodological framework for the review of the existing design values is defined by the guidelines for verifying the flood safety of dams. This review aims to ensure that the current design values meet safety requirements under the prevailing hydrological and climatic conditions.
