Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia (CMML) poses a significant challenge in clinical management due to its heterogeneity and limited treatment options. In this study, we employ rapid prototyping techniques to establish a 3D model system utilizing bone marrow and blood samples from CMML patients. We benchmark five matrix types for CMML cell growth, explore endothelial cell interactions, and compare mononuclear versus CD34 sorted cells in standard and serum reduced media.
