Skills for Medical Device Research

01.10.2024 - 31.05.2028
Forschungsförderungsprojekt

Due to the constantly growing world population and an increasingly ageing society, the demand for innovative medical products is rising. This requires high-level research in various fields, as well as communication and collaboration between scientists working in different areas. This is where the multidisciplinary doctoral programme "SOLVER" comes in, a cooperation project that combines the life science expertise of FH Campus Wien and the engineering skills of the Technische Universität Wien. The aim of the project is to train outstanding young researchers who will be able to develop innovative biomaterials together with biological efficacy tests for a new generation of medical products.
