As part of the planned project, a machine tool is being equipped with an ICOtronic Control System. The system solution generally consists of Sensory Tool Holders (STH) with sensor and radio technology, a Transceiver Unit (STU), which is connected to a Signal Processing Unit (SPU) by cable and a Charging Cradle (CC). On the SPU, a specially designed logic is installed (App), which analyzes the signals from the STH and proceeds new set points of control values to the CNC control system.
