Human/Machine interaction at work is getting more frequent, which creates new challenges for users and new interdisciplinary technology skills are needed. Professionals and executives must contribute with robust skills to this change, but frequently lack the time and opportunies to update their competencies. Hence, Comau developed e.DO (educational/professional 6-axis robot, modular,open source) and Univ. of Tartu developed Robotont ( open-source mobile robocs platform for robotics/ ROS education). TU Wien and BIBA are leaders in applying different cobot-systems to a multitude of new use-cases. ENHANCE produces trainings with e.DO and Robotont to support executives and professionals, in order to: fulfil new working and learning need reinforce technical skills (programming, modeling, and validation through Python, ROS and Matlab applications) experience new forms of H/M interaction produce use-cases as models for industrial application promote a learning-by-doing approach.
