Research funding project

DigiMain 4.0 (Empowering Digital and Technical Robotcs Skills of Maintenance Workforce 4.0) aims at establishing a joint training-oriented project in order tofacilitate re-/upskilling of maintenance professionals by:

1. Preparing & providing training course and learning nuggets for professionals, especially for re-/upskilling of maintenance workforce focusing on cobot technology, both in terms of robot systems and their applications as maintenance power-tools.

2. Developing didactical concepts & learning nuggets with the focus on maintenance systems for human-robot shared workplace that take into account the different target groups (novice to mastery levels) of professionals and job seekers.

3. Sharing expertise, resources, and network among learning factories of FLZ and TUW as well as JR's Robotics Training Center, and

4. Exploring new business cases in cooperation with associated regional and local VET schools in Austria and Germany.
