ELGA - Application for Care - Challenge

Proprietary project

Multiple users with different needs and concerns (nurses vs. doctors vs. patients vs. families, etc.) are involved in the traditional communication modes who lead to inefficiency, loss of information and ignorance towards patient’s interests, feelings and competences. At present the role documentation differs - depending on the people involved and their personal engagement not on the access rights to information and documentation. Relevant Data are often not transferred and the design process does not involve all relevant stakeholders even the private care givers (e. g. ELGA).

The projects aims at multiple users with different needs and concerns (nurses vs. doctors vs. patients vs. families, etc.). In strong cooperation with hospitals and their leading software companies the project figures out, what role documentation takes and how it differs depending on the people involved. It designs alternative ways to give access to information and documentation for every person who needs to have recent data.
