Micro-Holons for Next Generation Distributed Embedded Automation and Control Systems
01.05.2004 - 30.11.2006
Research funding project
The goal of the FIT_IT research project µCrons is the development of an middleware for flexible, modular, in real-time reconfigureable and distributeable mechtronic components (so called µCrons). As current used central organized and rigid control sturctures are not able to cope with new requirments a breakthrough to implement highly flexible, failsafe ("Zero Downtime") productionsystems can be achhieved.
