Postdoctoral Researcher
Postdoctoral researcher in sediment transport and turbidity currents at TU Wien. My research focuses on depositional systems, from deltaic to lacustrine with emphasis on hydro- and morphodynamics of gravity-driven flows. I integrate field data, numerical modelling, and high-resolution bathymetric analysis to understand sedimentary processes in oceanic and alpine lake systems.
Currently involved in the analysis of turbidity current datasets at multiple location worldwide as well as sediment dynamics in Alpine lakes. Passionate about science communication, sustainable research, and collaborative fieldwork across disciplines.
