Detailed analysis of an innovative topic of material science. Learning to use the university library and international scientific research systems; preparation of an own presentation.

Material properties: metals, ceramics, liquid insulators, gas sensing materials, ferroelectric materials, superconductors, ferromagnetic materials, ferrites, diamagnetic and paramagnetic materials. Substrate materials. The participant will be involved in one of these topics.

Please visit our introductory meeting at the beginning of the semester. The course is hold in blocks which are agreed together individually with the course leader.

Oral discusions with the mentor and written expertises, oral presentation of the obtained results.
