3. to follow up / review a conversation:

  • to recognize the importance to follow up the conversation afterwards
  • to be able to run through the essentials during a follow up
  • to recall the lessons learned in recurring situations

  4. to present complex content:

• to recognize the importance of goals / targets and target groups for representing the information right
• to recognize relevance and coherence of text or during conversation
• to prepare and adapt content in a comprehensive and compact way

Due to the current requirements of the federal government and the Vienna University of Technology, it is not possible to hold this course and its examinations or partial performances in person, so - as in the WS - there will be a switch to online teaching. The following methods and modes apply. These rules apply until further notice.

Method when switching to online format:
Basically remains the same in the online as in the face-to-face format

Required technical equipment for participation in the course and examination:
Device for participating in online meetings including audio and video transmission

Composition of the grade - valid for face-to-face and online format:

• mandatory participation on at least 75% of hours (maximum absence 12 hours from 48 offered)
• cooperation and collaboration
• written elaboration of conversation cases "1 to 1", "1 to many", "many to many" - after every unit - until next unit
