The pressures of today s working world are such that working together with others in a collaborative effort has become a must, whether it means being part of a project team, leading a team, presenting results or negotiating terms and contracts with competitors, business partners and colleagues. Aim of this lecture is to focus on this soft skills behaviour and to develop systematic approaches to be successful in the future.
