This course covers the fundamentals of classical electrodynamics and its application to engineering problems.
Subjects covered:
The material is taught through lectures involving the students and is additionally illustrated by selected calculation examples and simulations.
Complementary exercises (360.255 UE Electrodynamics Exercises) are offered in parallel to this course to deepen the understanding and practice solving practical examples. By participating in these optional exercises, students can earn bonus points that will be added to the points earned in the written exams of this course
The joint briefing for both courses will take place during the first lecture on 06.03.2022 09:15 in EI9.
The grade is determined by two written partial exams. These exams include both theoretical questions as well as calculation problems.
