The course deals with innovation processes on the enterprise level, innovation strategies, diffusion of innovation, critical factors for successful innovations and innovation management. The aim of the course is to establish a basic understanding of innovation management. Based on lectures of theoretical approaches and case studies students learn the instruments of innovation management. This knowledge is applied and depend in individual and group exercises.
