Aim of course

Theoretical and Intuitive Understanding of Astronomical Events at the Sky and in the deep Universe Comprehending the scientific (natural philosophic) developments which startet e.g. by THALES of Milet or PTOLEMAIOS ... via KEPLER or NEWTON ... up to PLANCK or HUBBLE ... Discussing the split-up of Astronomy into 10-20 special disciplines (1850-2000) and 50-100 different measuring techniques from classical visual telescope to Spectroscopy, Röntgen Astrophysics, CCD and Space techniques.

Learning facts on Sun and its Energy sources, Solar System, Planets (espec. Mars, Tectonics, Atmospheres, Space probes), Asteroids and possible danger for Life on Earth, Meteorites & Comets, interstellar Dust, Solar wind... Stellar Physics, HR-Diagram, Star development, Giant & Dwarfs, Pulsars, Novae-Supernovae, Black Holes, Galaxies, Super Galaxies etc. up to Cosmology and related questions: Big Bang and Bible? Close or Open Universe... and some Philosophy, Astrology, Life in the Universe etc.
