Students learn to familiarize oneself with a research topic and to apply their acquaintance accordingly; they learn to specify missing knowledge and to acquaint this knowledge with existing scientific literature.
The aim of this course is to handle a topical scientific or practical problem in operations reserch without necessity to contribute new innovative scientific results.
Students deal with and reproduce a solved problem in mathematics in economics and present their work in a home work ("bachelor work"); assessment is based on the quality of this home work.
