After successful completion of the course, students are able to design simple mathematical proofs,to apply simple algorithms on graphs, to solve linear systems of equations, to solve linearrecurrences.
Basics, number theory, logic, sets, combinatorics, difference equations, graph theory, algebraic structures, linear algebra, algebraic coding theory.
Lecture with examples that illustrate the used definitions, methods, proofs, theorems, etc.
The course starts on Tuesday, Oct. 5 at 9:00 a.m. in the GM1 AudiMax.
One written examination after the end of the lecture. To pass the exam a score of 50% or more is required.
The student has to be enrolled for at least one of the studies listed below
