City Car e-mobil - Changes and Risks for the City of Vienna

The project analyses the requirements of the organisation of charging- and parking infrastructure of e-car mobility in the city of Vienna with regard to the goals of the transport master plan of Vienna. Mobility by e-cars should be organised in a way that the positive effects of this drive form can be used, without increasing neither the level of motorization and traffic volume nor weakening public transport, bycicle and pedestrian traffic. The necessary boundary conditions are located in the organisation of parking places in central garages, where the charging infrastructure for the cars is provided at the same time.
