Zoning Levy Tirol - An Economic Assessment

The report assesses the economic effects of the zoning levy provided in the current draft amendment to the Tyrolean regional planning law. The economic analysis is limited to land economic, housing economic, institutional and distributional issues. The focus of the analysis is on allocative and distributive effects of the proposed levy.
