On the basis of results of TECNOMAN I and emperical investigation about location behaviour of retail firms, offices and production plants a contribution to the "Wiener Stadtentwicklungsplan 2005" is developed. This contribution consists of a new concept for business centers and a policy program for the development business location in Vienna.
