Vienna is growing, as is Airbnb in Vienna. Against this background, the project analyzed the Airbnb listing in Vienna. We examined the number and types of listings, the spatial distribution in the city and the revenue as well as the tax potential of Airbnb. A focus was on the housing market as well as on the airbnb-host structure.
