The research group of Renet-Biogas is also part of the network of competence RENET-Austria ¿Energy from Biomass¿. The same procedure is used as it is successfully applied for ¿Energy from biomass". The aim of this network is the optimisation of biogas technology. Three biogas plants are part of the research and development work: ¿ Sitzenberg-Reidling, Anlage Pfiel ¿ Biogasanlage der Ökoenegie Strem ¿ Biogasanlage Ökopark Hartberg
