OxyFuel - CO2 freie Wirbelschichtfeuerung
06.09.2007 - 05.09.2009
Assigned research project
OxyFuel technology, i.e. combustion with pure oxygen and recycled exhaust gas, allows the separation of CO2 from flue gas in a more energy- and cost-effective way than competiting technologies (e.g. end of pipe CO2 absorption). The primary goal of this project is to gain knowledge in the field and to develop solutions for new OxyFuel plant concepts as well as for retrofitting existing plants. A 100 kW laboratory installation will be built and operated.
