The main goal of the projekt is the development of a multi-OEM-supplier-park for the automotive supplier industry in the marchegg region for the following: - 1st tier suppliers - 2nd and 3rd tier suppliers as well as suppliers of technology The aim of the supplier park is the increase of competitiveness of the automotive suppliers by using the parks facilties. The generation of economies of scale and thus the decrease of cost mark the basic principles of the park. While the companies in the park can concentrate on their core competences production and development, the park will take care of all other non-production relevant areas with minimized cost. The content of this project is: - Creation of the service level provided by the park with focus on logistics, infrastucture, services generally as well as investor and operating company modells. - Identification and clustering of suppliers - Cost-benefit analysis for investors and operating companies - Cost-benefit analysis for the potential park costumers (park companies) - Marketing and customer acquisition
