Development of a new combustion technology for biogenic residues
01.10.2008 - 31.12.2011
Research funding project
In this project a new combustion technology for baled biomass shall be downscaled to 100 kW and demosntrated in a container plant which will be operated in the village of Leiben (District of Melk, Lower Austria). Vienna University of Technology will contribute to the project in the design of the combustion chamber via computational fluid dynamics as well as with the operation and automization of the process.
