The outcome of the project is a feasibility study on the extraction of soil moisture and their relevance for predicting floods, runoff prediction and water stress for a central Asian test site using 25km ERS/METOP scatterometer data together with high resolution ENVISAT ASAR Global Monitoring data (1km) and Wide Swath (150m) data.
