Infiltration of waste water of sewage plants in remote areas, part II.

01.10.2004 - 31.12.2005
Auftragsforschungsprojekt
The main goal are the consequences of infiltration of mechanical and biologival cleaned waste water on the groundwaterflow in remote areas. The geological part of this project is: Evaluation of the geological units of Austria by hydrogeological and geological parameters and to develop the spatial occurence and the impact for the intentions of the project. A selection of typical sites is choosen; these sites are in the first run only generalized, but they should representative in terms of gelogical conditions for rural areas in austria. All available literature and technical reports are studied. Especially the geological maps, aerial photographs, drill logs, reports and investigations become compiled. The interpretation of the processes in the specific geological situations, the deviations of the parameters lead to the input parameters for hydraulic calculations and models. - Part II
