01.11.2009 - 31.12.2010
Research funding project
Based on the case of ¿Altenkirchen culture tourism network (AKULTOUR)¿, a merger of local and regional stakeholders coming from different areas of culture, tourism, administration and other services in Westerwald, exemplary uses of new information and communication technologies (ICT) are applied, maximizing the possible economical effects for a rural region. The main goal is the establishment and scientific monitoring of a culture industry network in a rural region with an emphasis on IT/Web 2.0.
