Austria is since 1978 member of IEA Bioenergy and in this Triennium Austria is also Operating Agent of IEA Bioenergy Task33. This includes network activities, exchange of information, participation on the ExCo meetings and also publicity work, to assist the technology of biomass gasification. The work as operating agent includes also the financial issues on the usage of the budget of IEA Bionergy Task33.
