Aim of the Annex is to highlight the benefits of district heating and cooling networks within a hybrid energy system and at the same time to overcome the barriers. This is including the analyses of relevant technologies and synergies, an assessment of the different methodological approaches and tools, the analyses of case studies as well as the development of suitable business models and regulations
