The goal of the work to be performed is to cover operations of the ISMN from January 2018 until June 2019. Specific objectives are:
Continue the operation of the ISMN and provide user support;
Evolve the technical implementation of backend processing and frontend web interface;
Update the data base for existing networks with data from recent years;
Integrate new networks in the ISMN with a preference of dense networks and networks in areas where coverage is currently limited.
Exploiting possibilities for a more permanent solution to host operations
Improve existing Quality Control procedures
