The scope of the project is the application "GemBon - Analysis and Information System for the evaluation of municipal budgets in Upper Austria" in the office of the Federal State Government of Upper Austria for administrative and controlling purposes. The primary objective of the co-operation is the practical evaluation, technical and empirical maintenance and methodical advancement of the GemBon system for effective auditing and monitoring municipal budgetary data and evaluating municipal finances of local governments.
