FODOK Austria will integrate the common parts of the Austrian Reserach Documentation systems of Austrian universities and Academies of Arts. They comprise, specifically, - Publications - Projects - Presentations - Scientific Community Services - Scientific Awards Search facilities according to specific criteria shall be provided, specifically focusing on subject areas. Furthermore, a tool based on self-organizing maps (SOM) will be used to create knowledge maps.
