Auftragsforschungsprojekt
Flood-, erosion- and deposition processes in alpine torrents threaten human settlements and the infrastructure. The above mentioned processes are analysed, and consistent methods for documentation and data assessments are defined. The methods are demonstrated with exemplary pilot studies, thus forming the basis of the "Wildbach- und Lawinenkataster" of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture.
