Deep Tech & Robotics for Human-Centred Manufacturing Systems (DRUMS)

31.12.2023 - 30.12.2026
Bildungs- und Hochschulmanagementprojekt

Objectives: What do you want to achieve by implementing the project?

  • A common reference and Methodology for working, education and training in manufacturing
  • A set of resources dealing with Manufacturing, Deep Tech, Robotics, AI and Sustainability to foster the Twin Transition of the EU Manufacturing Sector
  • To define labor-market relevant skills to the EU Manufacturing Sector
  • To address technological challenges through Human-Centred solutions enabling active participation in training
  • To ensure project sustainability through Blueprint and Plans delivery

Implementation: What activities are you going to implement?

The activities DRUMS embrace are:

-Identification and development of comprehensive didactic guidelines and Human-Centred Methodology to enable

knowledge transfer to other sectors

  • -Development of training resources with a bottom-top approach (EQF3 to EQF6) dealing with Manufacturing, Deep Tech, Robotics, AI and Sustainability
  • -Development of a LMS and Android and iOS apps
  • -Development of a Pilot Action with 150 participants from 6 countries
  • -Development of Blueprint involving 50 external experts

Results: What project results and other outcomes do you expect your project to have?

  • R1 Didactic guidelines covering needed solutions to transform manufacturing into a more automated, efficient and sustainable sector and a Methodology to transfer to other sectors
  • R2 Training resources for Manufacturing, Deep Tech, Robotics, AI and Sustainability at two levels, contents for learners and capacitation materials for trainers
  • R3 Pilot Action with 150 participants
  • R4 Blueprint, and Plans (Action Plan, Sustainability, Gender Impact) to ensure DRUMS sustainability after the project
